Dr Daniel Barth will talk about how relatively easy it is to get two black holes in the same region, that merging black holes is possible, but it is the last mile that is the issue. Astronomers refer to this as the Last Parsec Problem. He will go into detail on what it takes to over come this issue and how the black holes merge.
